- In Skyrim, there are two types of weaponry. The first type, one-handed, allows for players to dual wield two weapons, hold a shield, or use magic on the side. The second type, two-handed, takes up both slots, and is rather heavy, but is highly powerful. Both have their advantages and disadvantages, but are important in the game.

This one arrived a little bit earlier than Ravensword and features an MMO-style turn-based combat system rather than the action-packed brutality of Ravensword or Skyrim.
However, it does offer a rich and enormous world, an intriguing plot, and an in-depth leveling system to boot.
9th Dawn

Despite the fact Ravensword was built from the ground up to be The Elder Scrolls on your phone, I'd still opt for the less visually impressive 9th Dawn for my Western RPG fix.
It's just that good. The world is gigantic, the classes are different from each other enough to warrant several play throughs, and the writing is pretty top-notch.
Combine that with an excellent mobile control scheme and you've got a serious RPG in your hands.

You have to give developer DVide Arts Incorporated kudos for being one of the first to attempt to bring the full 3D RPG experience to mobile.
While it is a little scrappy and rough around the edges it does achieve what it sets out to do.
Oh, and it has a dragon in it. Can't go wrong, really.
